Refund Policy
This Refund Policy describes how FirstVisit AI handles cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes for paid subscriptions and upgrades.

Subscription billing
If you purchase a paid plan, your subscription may renew automatically according to the billing cadence presented at checkout unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
You are responsible for reviewing the plan, billing interval, and feature limits before completing your purchase.
Refund eligibility
Unless otherwise required by law, fees already paid are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. However, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis where there was duplicate billing, a clear technical failure, or another exceptional circumstance.
If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method where possible and may take additional time to appear depending on your payment provider.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents renewal at the next billing date but does not usually create a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
After cancellation, access to paid features may continue until the end of the current paid term.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue directly.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your account, subject to applicable law.
