Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific business outcomes from using the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FirstVisit AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to the use of the service.
